Cancellation Guarantee

We understand that unforeseen events can occur, which is why your rental contract includes a cancellation guarantee. This guarantee protects you in case of exceptional situations occurring before your departure. Here are the covered events:

Life Accident:

Serious illness, severe accident, or death of yourself, your spouse, one of your ascendants or descendants, sons-in-law, or daughters-in-law. This guarantee also extends to the death of a brother, sister, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law.

Losses:

Significant material damage to your own property requiring your immediate presence.
Total accident or theft of your vehicle and/or caravan occurring on the direct route to your holiday destination.

Employment

Obtaining a permanent contract. The contract must, of course, have been signed after the booking date.
Economic dismissal, which must occur after the booking of the stay.

In the event of any of these situations, we will refund your holiday expenses, limited exclusively to the cost of the rental. To receive this refund, simply provide the corresponding supporting documents.

Please note that a processing fee of €40 will remain your responsibility.
